AVA was surrendered by a family that found Ava wandering the neighborhood.  After thoroughly searching for her owners for nearly a month, posting flyers, contacting vets etc, they determined she was not going to be claimed.  Having numerous pets themselves, they decided to allow Ava to find her "forever home" by rescue.  Ava is a sweetheart...she loves all other dogs, plays very well with them, would be great with children (even young ones) and is non-aggressive in any way.

She is not really good at the crate, but prefers to be with her owners.  She is still young and we are working on the crate training.  She is totally house trained.  She has golden eyes and a brown nose.  Come see AVA and your heart will melt.  Bring the kids to meet her too!
